This policy explains what SGP Labs ("we", "us") collects when you use sgplabs.in and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in, your budget range and timeline, your message, and how you heard about us.
To stop spam, we also record a one-way coded version of your internet (IP) address, your browser type and the page you sent the form from. We can't turn the coded address back into your actual IP address.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send you one automatic email confirming we received your enquiry.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.
- To block spam and misuse of the form.
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted services to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, database and spam protection), Resend (sending emails) and Zoho (our email inbox). They process your details only to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, or longer if we start working together and need them for the project or for invoices and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you've shared at any time. Email hello@sgplabs.in and we'll respond within 30 days.
